unhappiness…

Why?
O why?

As riches reach many
like a pot-of-gold
at a rainbow’s end

after a tumultuous storm
in an everyday sky…

Does
wealth promote
eternal health

mental or physical

as
“man has dominated man
to his harm”?

Causing
masses to die–

money,
possessions–

producing reasons for harm
as looting, robberies, muggings
increases cries for alarm?

We’ve seen suicides
too

among
millionaires
increasing

due to

depression and distress.

Where can we find answers?

Are ‘world leaders’
equipped
as the ‘best’ ones
to our eternal success?

For,
we know we’re happy
if
we’ve found true peace and rest.

Therefore:
“know that wisdom is good for you.

If you find it,
you will have a future

And your hope will not be cut off.”
Prov. 24:14.

Why not put this proven ‘truth’
to a personal test?

Because:

“Happy is the man
who does not walk
according to the advice of the wicked

And does not stand
on the path of sinners

And does not sit
in the seat of scoffers.

But his delight
is in the law of Jehovah,

And he reads His law
in an undertone

day and night.”
Ps. 1:1, 2.

Yes:
“Happy is everyone who fears Jehovah,
Who walks in His ways.

You will eat what your hands worked hard to produce.
You will be happy and will enjoy prosperity.

Your wife will be like a fruitful vine within your house;
Your sons will be like shoots of an olive tree around your table.

Look!

That is how the man who fears Jehovah
Will be blessed.”
Ps. 128:1-4.
