‘Peace’ Lilies–Do ‘Pursue’

‘Peace’ Lilies–Do ‘Pursue’

A tiny seed planted
in rich fine soil

will sprout
plentiful colorful blossoms.

Faithfully watered,

no heat will them wither
to quickly spoil.

A tiny seed planted
with weeds removed

will beautify a garden.

As peace lilies
with nectar to spill.

One’s senses imbued
with fragrance pleasing.
With presence of grace.

Unlike lilies-of-the-valley–

Highly poisonous,

although quite sweet
of fake gentle face.

And a strong will to kill.

A tiny seed planted
in a heart tendered kind

will always be open
to prodding

gentle
to refine.

A tiny seed planted
will seed

in repeat.

So cultivate love,
compassion, generosity

even under a boiling hot sun.

For shade
their leaves will provide

to hospitably shelter
a grateful weakened humanity

depleted by enemy heat.

A multi-hued loving spiritual paradise
already burgeoning, spread,

sought after
tranquility,

by a grateful sum,

since thoughtful cultivation
performed by a crew lead

by an earnest
beloved Son

produces a miraculous
fruitful marvel–

Many youths

blooming more than
aesthetically

beautiful.

Unselfish.
Empathetic.

Due to moral fibers
woven to adorn.

For attained
then maintained

these life-saving
values

after digging through ancient pages,
holy,

though, globally hated.
Yes, tragically scorned.
