Wisely . . . Choose

Should we ‘vacation’ from love?

Remove it,
at times,

like a hand from a glove?

Is that what we’ve learned
from above–as daily

Jah’s friends and enemies
inhale and exhale–breathe;

carbon dioxide dispose of?

But does He push us?…

Maybe nudge us… but give us a shove
to consider His qualities

which move us towards ‘peace’
as exemplified in symbol

by a beauteous dove?

Free-will has been granted us to use:
For mankind’s betterment… Not ‘hatred’… Not abuse.

So this period of stubbornness–
a continuation ‘to refuse’

His Son’s rulership

is fast approaching

its end.

We live during a time of ‘revealing’.

No more hiding of His ‘Word’
to a majority misuse…

A Time of True Peace and Security
from on high! To ‘unrighteousness’ defuse.

A time of endless joy
after this period of dense madness
causing depression and blues.

Centuries swallowing spiritual garbage
as ‘true’, rather than death-dealing ‘refuse’…

Now is the time:

‘Righteousness’ and ‘Truth’
to gratefully and wisely… Choose.

For prophesied: “In the final part of the days,

The mountain of the house of Jehovah
Will become firmly established above the top of the mountains,

And it will be raised up above the hills,

And to it
all the nations

will stream.

And many peoples will go
and say:

“Come,

let us go up to the mountain of Jehovah,
To the house of the God of Jacob.

He will instruct us about his ways,
And we will walk in his paths.””

“He will render judgment
among the nations

And set matters straight
respecting many peoples.

They will beat their swords into plowshares
And their spears into pruning shears.

Nation will not lift up sword against nation,
Nor will they learn war anymore.”

“Let us walk in the light of Jehovah.”

“For your own sakes,

quit trusting in mere man,
Who is only the breath in his nostrils.

Why should he be taken into account?”

When his own life
he can indefinitely lose…

“Do not put your trust in princes
Nor in a son of man,

who cannot bring salvation.

His spirit goes out,
he returns to the ground;
On that very day

his thoughts perish.

Happy is the one
who has the God of Jacob as his helper,

Whose hope
is in Jehovah

his God,

The Maker of heaven
and earth,

Of the sea,
and of all that is in them,

The One who always remains faithful,

The One securing justice
for those defrauded,

The One giving bread
to the hungry.

Jehovah is releasing the prisoners.
Jehovah is opening the eyes of the blind;
Jehovah is raising up those bowed down;

Jehovah loves the righteous.

Jehovah is protecting the foreign residents;
He sustains the fatherless child and the widow,

But he thwarts the plans of the wicked.

Jehovah will be King
forever,

Your God, O Zion,
for generation after generation.

Praise Jah!
