‘For The Healing Of The Nations’ (Contest Let’s Uplift IdentityCrisis – Heavenly Angel)
As one lays in agony of mind or limb
twisting sheets or covers felt thin
saturated by tears or sweat
enough to swim through as eyes again
flood to dim…
As day to night often
repeats in spin and feet retreat
to complete a cycle of spoon to mouth
or pin to prick a wounded skin…
As trays clang your nerves to shot.
As near to you a smell of rot
to friend or doctor as stranger, not
You lay and pray. “Why this your lot?”
Think upon this promise
though of old moons written
and know endurance will aid you
to attain this wondrous reward
though now by sin’s inheritance
you too were bitten:
“And no resident*
(Or “inhabitant.”)
will say: “I am sick.”
The people dwelling
in the land
will be pardoned
for their error.”
Yes!… From this land: “he will wipe out
every tear from their eyes,
and death will be no more,
neither will mourning
nor outcry
nor pain be anymore.
The former things
have passed away.”
As from where they were
no more to stray…
“For evil men
will be done away with,
But those hoping in Jehovah
will possess the earth.
Just a little while longer,”
{based upon what we see–
a fulfillment of Jesus’ prophecy,
“the wicked will be no more;
You will look at where they were,
And they will not be there.
But the meek will possess the earth,
And they will find exquisite delight
in the abundance of peace.”
Yes: “The righteous
will possess the earth,
And they will live forever on it.”
Under True Peace and Security!
“In the days of those kings
the God of heaven will set up a kingdom
that will never be destroyed.
And this kingdom
will not be passed on to any other people.
It will crush and put an end
to all these kingdoms,
and it alone will stand forever”.

a river of water of life,
clear as crystal,
flowing out from the throne of God
and of the Lamb
down the middle of its main street.
On both sides of the river
were trees of life
producing 12 crops of fruit,
yielding their fruit each month.
And the leaves of the trees
were for the healing of the nations.”
