If I Let Go. . . (Contest / Black hole)

If I let go…

just let myself float–

body and soul
on currents, trends, that flow…

Driven by winds of global men hungry…

Happening internationally rapidly

with no visual
indications

of lessening to slow…

If I don’t let myself think;
meditation?… No goal… Mindset: Mine?… No show.

Not allowing myself
‘truth’ to know…

Then just where will I end
as our world spins its dense blackness
to violent madness
with blood staining hands,
streets, by brains not detaining
morals breached?

No longer desired: ‘Verbal’ in preach…
Who wants to hear?… Screeching and false ‘hellfire’
with choices held dear?

‘Proclamations of disaster’–
by a majority steered clear of…

‘Live like you mean it!’

erasing all necessary ‘fears’… of ‘retribution’,
‘consequences’, ‘dishonor’…

Not sought: “Ought” or “Ought not”
upon which to reflect

like laying back
gazing upon trillion of stars
and wondering… ‘who’, ‘what’, ‘why’,

we’ve fallen so far…

If I just let myself be ‘pulled’
by ‘matters’

where ‘enlightenment’
rules

and any
who do not ‘enter’

willingly or unwillingly

are labelled
‘ignorant’, albeit, ‘fools’…

will I be caught in a ‘mosh pit’
then sucked into a ‘black hole’

governed

by a growing angry mob
ignited by an invisible ‘wicked’ force

designed

to swallow
its victims…whole?Do Not Be a Victim of Propaganda!
