‘You Will Become Sons and Daughters To Me’
Nor will they plant for others to eat.
For the days of my people will be like the days of a tree,
And the work of their hands my chosen oneswill enjoy to the full.
They will not toil for nothing,
Nor will they bear children for distress,
Because they are the offspring
made up of those
blessed by Jehovah,
And their descendants
with them.
Even before they call out, I will answer;
While they are yet speaking, I will hear.
The wolf and the lamb will feed together,
The lion will eat straw just like the bull,
And the serpent’s food will be dust.
They will do no harm nor cause any ruin in all my holy mountain,” says Jehovah.” Isa. 65:22-25.

Initially
a special ‘seed’ promised
through his line
because of an amazing display
of utmost trust in his Creator.
Integrity. Faith.
‘Father’
of it, was Abram* called;
his name then changed to ‘Abraham’
since selfishness did not his exit
from prosperous Ur stall.
(Though, with idea of nomadic life–
as tent dwellers,
most people would not be
favorably entralled.)
Thus established an Israelite ‘race’
for his ‘willingness’ to offer up his beloved son
believing an immediate resurrection was sure to take place:
“Abraham now said to his servants: “You stay here with the donkey,
but the boy and I will go over there and worship and return to you.”” Gen. 22:5… Since to him conveyed:
““Your wife Sarah will definitely bear you a son, and you must name him Isaac. And I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant to his offspring after him.” Gen. 17:19.
Yes, Abraham demonstrated by beautiful example
a future greater sacrifice:
By Jah Jehovah to be made
in behalf of an obedient people bred throughout struggling humanity…
The stage set
in the ‘Garden of Eden’. A mystery begun
of a ransom to be paid:
“And I will put enmity between you and the woman and between your offspring and her offspring. He will crush your head, and you will strike him in the heel.”” Gen. 3:15… That piercing temporary pain felt by his Father, faithful family, plus followers
when down his perfect life
Jesus willingly
It laid… Through our intense study, meditation, determination
to heartfelt gratitude, thankfulness
led.
So, those come to possess an unselfishish love
developed for the Creator and his Son
because of their love first given in
Divine self-sacrifice…
Expressed, appreciation for such uncommonly seen grace:
“We love, because he first loved us.” 1 John 4:19

Ahead: “The one who exercises faith in the Son
has everlasting life;
the one who disobeys the Son
will not see life,
but the wrath of God remains upon him.” John 3:36.
An eternity of destruction set upon anyone
from his memory–erased.

However, a promise to Abraham given,
though his descendants were stiff-necked
always punished and in repentance forgiven,
Shows a future blessing to a multitude envisioned:
“It is as he says also in Ho·seʹa:
“Those not my people I will call ‘my people,’
and her who was not loved,
‘beloved’;
and in the place where it was said to them, ‘You are not my people,’
there they will be called ‘sons of the living God.’”” Rom. 9:25, 26.
***
““‘And I will become a father to you,
and you will become sons and daughters to me,’
says Jehovah, the Almighty.”” 2 Cor. 6:18.
***
“I will sow her like seed
for myself
in the earth,
And I will show mercy to her
who was not shown mercy;
I will say to those not my people
“You are my people,”
And they will say:
“You are my God.”’”” Hos. 2:23.

To Jehovah . . . belong the heavens . . . and the earth with all that is in it.—Deut. 10:14.
By reason of their very existence, all humans belong to Jehovah. (Ps. 100:3; Rev. 4:11) Yet, throughout human history, God has designated specific groups of people as belonging to him in a special way. For example, Psalm 135 refers to faithful worshippers of Jehovah in ancient Israel as “his special property.” (Ps. 135:4) Also, the book of Hosea foretold that some non-Israelites would become Jehovah’s people. (Hos. 2:23) Hosea’s prophecy was fulfilled when Jehovah included non-Jews in his selection of prospective corulers with Christ. (Acts 10:45; Rom. 9:23-26) This “holy nation” is Jehovah’s “special possession” in an outstanding way, its members having been anointed with holy spirit and chosen for life in heaven. (1 Pet. 2:9, 10) What about the majority of faithful Christians today who have an earthly hope? Jehovah also calls them his “people” and his “chosen ones.”—Isa. 65:22. w18.07 22 ¶1-2
