Wars? Why? (Contest / The Book of James ( Chapter Four) by John Chris)

Conflicts within members physically seen.
Wrong desires, fleshly. Roots in ‘mean’.
Warring contentiously. Destructive: Green.

Against peace. Lacking. Harmony attacked.
Craving prestige, power, possessions, black
hearts judge. Spawned murderous hate when love slacks.

Prayers not rising to heavenly eyes.
Spirit ears not hearing in heightened skies
When begging–purposed wrong: By Him despised.

World’s friendship attained, God: Enemy makes.
Spiritual adultery–He hates.
Speech. Acts. Fantasies favored ‘snake’ dictates.

Fight envies. Seek God’s kindness, always undeserved.
Bad desires quickly evict using God’s Word.
From holy spirit supplied, don’t foolishly swerve.

Subject ourselves to Jehovah, we must. Oppose
Satan the devil. He will flee. To God draw close.
You will see: Jah drawn to you too. Do not ‘suppose’.

Forget. Never: Cleanse outside, our hands. . . Repent.
Inside, our hearts. Pray always. Take firm stand. . . Relent:
God’s provisions, accept. Obey his commands. . . Lent–

His only-begotten Son’s life. His blood spent… Weep.
Humble ourselves in God’s eyes. He will exalt… Sweep
Away judgement. Not judge… Neighbor’s errors? . . . Delete.

Only one “lawgiver and judge”—Jah, man to save.
Internationally, imperfect men forgave.
A Divine Gift: Eternal life offered. He gave.

So, today or tomorrow, plan: ‘if’ by Jah’s’ will.
We appear, as a mist. Therefore, pride, boasting, still.
In sins, don’t delight. Love of righteous works instill.
