As Every Star Has a Name

As Every Star Has a Name

“The glory of the sun is one sort,
and the glory of the moon is another,
and the glory of the stars is another;

in fact,
one star differs from another star in glory.”
1 Cor. 15:41.

“He counts the number of the stars; He calls all of them by name.” Ps. 147:4. “Our Lord is great and is mighty in power;

His understanding is beyond measure.”
Ps. 147:5.

He knows each of our hearts
individually. Our personal needs–Lovingly.

Who we are separarely. As the stars… The same.

“For he well knows how we are formed, remembering that we are dust.” Ps. 103:14. “Do you not know? Have you not heard?

Jehovah,
the Creator of the ends of the earth,

is a God for all eternity.

He never tires out or grows weary.
His understanding is unsearchable.” Isa. 40:28.

“He heals the brokenhearted; He binds up their wounds.” “The One who covers the heavens with clouds,

The One providing rain for the earth,

The One making grass sprout on the mountains.

To the animals he gives food,
To the young ravens that call out for it.” Ps. 147:3, 8, 9.

On Him alone
we must
place our worship.

“Can any of the worthless idols of the nations give rain,

Or can even the heavens send showers of rain on their own?

Are you not the only One, O Jehovah our God?”

And we hope in you,

For you alone have done all these things.” Jer. 14:22.

So, “Do not be anxious over anything,

but in everything by prayer and supplication
along with thanksgiving,

let your petitions be made known to God;

and the peace of God
that surpasses all understanding

will guard your hearts and your mental powers
by means of Christ Jesus.” Phil. 4:6, 7.

On them both
we need to discern
then learn to place… All Our Trust.

*

“O you who love Jehovah,
hate what is bad.

He is guarding the lives of his loyal ones;

He rescues them from the hand of the wicked.” Ps. 97:10.

“He does not delight in the power of the horse;
Nor is he impressed by the strong legs of a man.” Ps. 147:10.

Yes, “Woe to those who go down to Egypt for assistance, Who rely on horses,
Who trust in war chariots because they are numerous,
And in warhorses because they are mighty.

But they do not look to the Holy One of Israel,
And they do not search for Jehovah.” Isa. 31:1.

Yes, “Woe to those”. Who On Him
have not begun… to trust.

“So if any one of you is lacking in wisdom,

let him keep asking God,
for he gives generously to all and without reproaching,

and it will be given him.” James 1:5.

Our every care… On Him do thrust.
