All I Have (contest don’t give up, life is precious you’re gonna be ok – Tuniabjc)
“O Jehovah, for help. I say:
“You are my refuge,
All I have
in the land of the living.”
To you, I pray.
“O Jehovah, for help. I say:
You are my refuge,
All I have”
in this land so dark and unforgiving.
*
“Before him I pour out my concern;
Before him I tell about my distress”.
I confess:
Each night I weep under pure duress.
Each night I weep under pure duress.
“Before him I pour out my concern;
Before him I tell about my distress”. Ps. 142:2, 5.
Please collect my tears.
Please collect my tears
“in your skin bottle.” For an eternity of years.
“in your skin bottle.” For an eternity of years.
For, “You keep track of my wandering.
Do collect my tears in your skin bottle.
Are they not recorded in your book?” Ps. 56:8.
Peer into my heart… Deeply take
a tender look… Deeply take
a tender look.
*
To you, I call,
“O Jehovah, for help. I say:
“You are my refuge,
All I have
in the land of the living.”
To you, I pray.
“O Jehovah, for help. I say:
You are my refuge,
All I have”
in this land so dark and unforgiving.
*
“Before him I pour out my concern;
Before him I tell about my distress”.
I confess:
Each night I weep under pure duress.
Each night I weep under pure duress.
“Before him I pour out my concern;
Before him I tell
about my distress”. Ps. 142:2, 5.

Write a poem for contest don’t give up, life is precious you’re gonna be ok – Tuniabjc
A friend a mine that was very special to me died recently. This was her favorite song.
What I want from you if you choose to write is to listen to the song and then write something about it.
Something to remind and encourage the readers to never give up things can get better. Remind them of how far they’ve come already and how much they’ve been protected from and that they aren’t alone Tell them how you made it through your struggles or are doing so one day at a time.
Give it to us in 50 words and no more than 250. Place the word count in the A/N
You can write in whatever poetry form you’re comfortable in. However haikus don’t give the right kind of message and don’t give enough words to give a clear message.
I don’t want pre-writes as I want the feeling of the on the spot present moment while listening. Where does it take your heart and minds. keep to the normal rules that AP has and the unspoken ones as well.
and no bashing or sensual erotic stuff. just simple inspiration
