The Needed Change

The Needed Change (contest Clima changes – Nunoftferreira)

Since our world’s climate is changing fast

Will a united rally
worldwide
occur… And if so… Will it last?

Will a sudden cry of:
‘True Peace and Security’
be real or strategy?… Thus, actually a blantant lie?

A fallacy?… A puff of ‘magic dust’ into expectant eyes

looking ‘heavenward’
towards earthly skies

of thunderous clouds and darkness comprised?

Shouldn’t we pry open a bit of prophetic history
upon which millions have come to comfortingly rely?

*

“Whenever it is that they are saying,
“Peace and security!”

then sudden destruction is to be instantly on them,

just like birth pains on a pregnant woman,

and they will by no means escape.”
1 Thess. 5:3.

‘Sudden destruction’
upon agents of true peace?

Or another smokescreen to anger appease?

*

However,

“There are many saying:
“Who will show us anything good?”

*

Let the light of your face shine upon us, O Jehovah.”

*

“I will lie down and sleep in peace,
For you alone, O Jehovah, make me dwell in security.”
Ps. 4:6, 8.

*

“For the eyes of Jehovah are on the righteous,
and his ears listen to their supplication,

but the face of Jehovah is against those doing bad things.”
1 Pet. 3:12.

*

So,

“We thank you, Jehovah God, the Almighty,
the one who is and who was,

because you have taken your great power and begun ruling as king.

But the nations became wrathful,

and your own wrath came,

and the appointed time came for the dead to be judged and to reward your slaves the prophets and the holy ones and those fearing your name,

the small and the great,

and to bring to ruin those ruining the earth.”
Rev. 11:17, 18.

*

Climate change an issue for the Almighty?

*

His Kingdom Government
for which many pray… Will bring about speedily:

The Needed Change.

*

“‘Our Father in the heavens,
let your name be sanctified.

Let your Kingdom come.

Let your will take place,
as in heaven,

also on earth.

Give us today our bread for this day;

and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.

And do not bring us into temptation,

but deliver us from the wicked one.’”
Matt. 6:9-13.
