Centuries, before our time
inscribed by men of forty minds
for our instruction to endure
written words prophetic, sure.

Comfort gained through One who cares
gifted through thoughts loving shared
keeps us hopeful, not unaware
through trails plus errors hard to bear.
Hopes proclaimed through Jesus’ name
upholding God’s Sovereignty
puts Satan’s rule to utter shame.
For offered us–Eternity!
Yes, Paradise is foretold.
An opportunity of gold
for global mankind to sin sold.
“All things new!” Yes, look! Behold!
‘Heavens’ new! An earth cleansed too!
chosen by a Sovereign who
cherishes the obedient,
grateful, those who truly repent.
